How is this different from a one-off clean or a basic maintenance visit?+
A clean makes the memorial look cared for; the plan also protects it. Each visit includes a documented condition check, so small problems — a stone beginning to lean, a hairline crack, a loosening fixing — are caught early, while they are inexpensive to put right rather than after they have become a costly repair or a safety concern.
How much does it cost?+
Standard quarterly care starts from £45 a quarter, with Essential annual cover from £150 a year and Premium monthly care from £39 a month. The exact price depends on the grave size, the stone type and how often you would like us to visit. We confirm it first in a free, no-obligation written quote.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. There is no long lock-in: you can move up or down a level, pause, or stop the plan by letting us know in writing. The terms of your plan, including any notice period, are set out plainly in the written agreement we send before you begin, so there are no surprises.
I live far from London — is this suitable for me?+
It is designed for exactly that. Many plan members live elsewhere in the UK or overseas. You never need to attend: we visit on schedule, send dated photographs every time, and flag anything that may need attention, so the grave is cared for whether or not you can be there.
What happens if you find a problem with the memorial?+
We record it in your visit summary with photographs and explain it plainly — for example, a kerb working loose or lead-lettering beginning to lift. If you would like it put right, we send a free written quote; there is never any obligation, and we will not carry out extra work without your agreement.
